This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (the “Policy”) govern the use of the AvtoCost service, processing of user data, and legal boundaries of liability between the parties. By using the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Policy in full.

2. User Acceptance
By clicking the “Analyze damage” button, you explicitly and knowingly consent to:
2.1. transfer of uploaded vehicle photos for automated processing;
2.2. use of AI algorithms to identify make, model, visible damage, and preliminary repair cost;
2.3. use of analysis output strictly as informational and preliminary guidance, not as formal technical expertise, certified appraisal, or legal evidence.
3. Data We Process
The service may process the following categories of data:
3.1. vehicle photos uploaded by the user;
3.2. technical request data (time, IP address, device type, browser, system logs);
3.3. data voluntarily submitted through contact forms (name, email, message text, and any additional user-provided information).
The user is responsible for lawful photo uploads and for all content submitted through the website.
4. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed to:
4.1. provide AI-based vehicle damage analysis;
4.2. generate a preliminary report on possible damage zones, risks, and estimated repair budget;
4.3. improve service quality, reliability, performance, and security;
4.4. communicate with users regarding support requests.
5. Use of Artificial Intelligence
AI analysis is performed automatically using machine-learning models. Output quality depends on photo quality, camera angle, lighting, vehicle cleanliness, hidden or invisible areas, and other factors beyond service control.
AI models, providers, processing parameters, prompts, normalization rules, and post-processing pipelines may change at any time without prior notice to improve quality, accuracy, safety, performance, and compliance with legal or technical requirements.
You acknowledge and agree that such model and processing updates are normal technical practice and may affect report structure or content.
6. Limitation of Liability
AvtoCost provides a preliminary informational estimate. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any specific purpose.
AvtoCost is not liable for:
6.1. any direct or indirect loss, lost profit, missed opportunities, repair expenses, legal consequences, or other damages resulting from use or non-use of analysis output;
6.2. user decisions related to buying, selling, repair, insurance, valuation, or operation of a vehicle made based on the report;
6.3. inaccuracies caused by hidden damage, limited photo sets, poor image quality, or algorithmic errors;
6.4. temporary service downtime, technical failures, processing delays, internet issues, third-party infrastructure, or payment provider incidents.
For final technical decisions, an in-person workshop inspection with detailed diagnostics is strongly recommended.
7. Data Storage, Security, and Retention
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Photos and related data may be stored for the period needed to provide the service, ensure security, resolve technical incidents, comply with legal obligations, or protect legitimate business interests.
8. Data Sharing with Third Parties
To provide service functionality, we may use third-party infrastructure and APIs (including AI providers, hosting, networking, analytics, and payment services). Data may be transferred to such providers strictly to the extent necessary for technical request execution.
All transfers are limited to necessity and the purposes stated in this Policy.
9. User Rights
Users may request access, correction, processing restriction, or deletion of their data to the extent permitted by applicable law and technical architecture.

Payment for report unlocks is processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store users’ bank card credentials. Payment data processing is handled by the payment provider under its own policies and standards.

All rights to software code, design, service structure, databases, interface elements, and website materials belong to AvtoCost or are used lawfully. Any copying, modification, decompilation, or other unauthorized use is prohibited except where explicitly allowed by law.
